The Hope Project

Hope Project Greece has been helping refugees arriving in Lesvos since the beginning of 2015 and was founded by Eric & Philippa Kempson, who have been living in Greece for a long time. The Hope Project is based on the principles of dignity, compassion, and safety for all as refugees are robbed of their dignity and treated in a way that should not be accepted in Europe. The goal is to provide aid and support to people in need. The main focus, therefore, lies on those fleeing conflict or facing injustice, poverty, or persecution. Volunteers daily provide needed goods such as hygiene products, diapers, clothes, shoes, blankets, and much more to about 30 families.
